Absolutely horrific

In general: We booked a room with Windham and were sent to this dump. The chair arm was literally hanging off with the stuffing hanging out, there was a used bar of soap which was the only one in the room, the toilet didn't work, there were used razors and other trash in the bathroom, there was ripped up furniture sitting outside the rooms and a dumpster completely running over in the parking area, stains on the walls, there was extremely loud music blaring in the lobby. I was first told when I called Windham that it was no longer a Days Inn and they were removing their name from the websites that advertise it as Days Inn. I later spoke with a very rude and unprofessional supervisor who informed me their name was staying on the sites and I was refused a refund. Clearly it is a Days Inn and Windham should be absolutely ashamed to have their name on such filth. The room or the outside looks nothing like they show in the pictures. There are tons of really bad reviews of this place. It is unbelievable they have not condemned this place. Service: What service Dining: No breakfast or coffee as it said in my reservation Room: Filth
